Nine days Novena begins in preparation for Annual Feast of Padre Pio Shrine, Bejai, Mangalore

In view of the the Annual Feast of Padre Pio, the nine days novena devotion commenced with the Flag - hoisting ceremony on September 13th 2019 at 5.00pm at the Padre Pio Shrine, St Anne's Friary - Bejai, Mangalore.

On this blessed occasion the new statue of Padre Pio which was brought form San Giovanni Rotondo, Italy was blessed and installed in the shrine church by Rev Fr Alwyn Dias, the Provincial Minister of Karnataka Capuchin Fathers. At 5.30pm Eucharistic Adoration was conducted and then at 6.00pm the inaugural Eucharist was celebrated on the theme 'Reconciliation in the Family' presided over by Fr Alwyn Dias.

The grand annual feast of Padre Pio will be celebrated on 22nd September 2019 at 6.pm. The Capuchin Friars of St Anne's Friary invite you for the same.
